Synthomer Graduate Development Program interview questions

Initial phone call (20 minutes on why I wanted the role) followed by an online personality assessment. Then, a face to face interview. The face to face interview included a presentation, a technical interview (P&ID review), and a BEI interview (standard stuff). They seemed pretty heavily reliant on my online personality assessment which was disappointing. Also took them a disproportionate amount of time to inform me of the outcome, they'd obviously made their decision quickly but I had to chase them to discover this.
