Synovation Medical Group interview questions

I applied online through Indeed. I received multiple calls asking for interviews very quickly. After the in-person interview and Zoom interview, I received a job offer to start in 2 days time as an emergency, as the current staff were going on vacation/leave. I quit my job with short notice, executed the offer letter and employee agreement, and was terminated 10 minutes before the start of my shift.

This interview process is very complicated: first round phone screening and then a long questionnaire and pages of documents to fill out through the email; Go through a excel modeling test; second round panel interview with two people and they will walk through your resume; third round interview with CFO and just ghosted with No response no email.
