Good to the point but there are lot of people for walk in interviews. The process is streamlined. Overall smooth interview process with Recruitment HR helping and solving doubts if selected.

Explain molecular biology processes.
The charge of protein at different pH.
The interviewer was very polite and nice, made me comfortable and asked good questions. Level-easy. It was a smooth experience. If you are confident and clear with basics you are good to go.

Interview
The Interview was conducted for an Hour with the focus being solely on Technical Knowledge. The questions ranged from ELISA, Antigen Antibody interactions, Pharmacokinetics etc. Post Interview it was explained that they will be hiring first as an intern for 6 months post which permanent employment will be considered.
