Thank you for leaving candid feedback on your experience of our interview process. I am sorry you found the experience negative - obviously this is the exact opposite of what we are trying to achieve when we meet people at interview, and does not chime with our strong 1Team Culture (reviews elsewhere on Glassdoor hopefully confirm that!)
I have now reviewed all our candidate notes for our recent Account Manager campaign. Your comments don't seem to match any of our verbatim notes for the 3 interviews that took place for this role.
However, irrespective of that, I am extremely sorry you had an unpleasant experience. We would love to learn from this, and perhaps could understand better with more detail? It would be very helpful you would email me directly so I can understand and address your concerns.
