I have been with the Company for 5 years.
I was referred to the Company by a friend and I knew what the company did before I went in to meet about the career opportunity as I had already done my financial planning with the company.
When I went in, I was still working full time as an attorney at a prominent law firm in Los Angeles. I loved the fact that I could start part time with Syncis, and still work full time at the law firm.
The appointment/meeting was very straightforward and simple- basically, they got to know me, my past experience and my career goals, and explained what the company did and how the business worked, and then determined if we would be a good fit for each other. I spent about 2-3 meetings before deciding that I wanted to start with the company and I felt no pressure.
Best career/business decision I have ever made. It's not for everyone, but I am SO happy that even though I had a full time job as an attorney, I kept an open mind to learn about this opportunity.

Interview
It was totally conversational. It's an independent contractor and commission-based opportunity. All of the communication was by phone and never by email. It involves a $100 payment for background check. The expected compensation all depends on performance. Once you move up to the director's level, you get paid for helping the associates then.

Interview
It was very interpersonal. They were all very nice and welcoming. I'm not sure about the job itself, though, because I'm highly suspicious of paying $100 for a background check, which is unheard of.
