Interview
It was half conversational, half behavioral. The interview took place on my college campus and was half an hour long. The interviewer did not seem very happy, and cut the interview about ten minutes short, but then offered me the internship the day after my interview. He started with asking me why I chose to go to my college, and continued to ask why I tried so hard in school, saying that employers dont really care about a perfect GPA.

Interview
I first received an interview after spending time meeting recruiters and full time employees at career events and ultimately at my university's career fair. After meeting many recruiters and handing out my resume, I received a first round interview the next week. A couple weeks after, I was invited to the second round interviews in Stamford Connecticut.

I met with the company at a diversity conference and we had an exploratory conversation. From there, a few months later, I had 3 over the phone interviews. Most interviews occur on-campus and then at one of Synchrony's locations.
