The process started with a recruiter messaging me about the job opportunity. After that, I was asked to take an English assessment. Once I passed that assessment, they arranged a technical interview with someone from the team. The interview went well from my side, and they told me that I had successfully passed it. They also said that the final feedback and decision would come from the manager and that they would inform me either way.
After that, I didnât hear anything from them until I sent a follow-up message about 7â10 days later. Thatâs when they replied, saying that they had already moved forward with another candidate and had even signed a contract with them.
At the beginning of the process, I felt positive and excited about the opportunity, but that feeling faded after I received that frustrating response.
