I apply throught an agency. The contacted me for a intervirew as a part of a group and it was smooth. They gave us an overview of the company as well as a tourwith the respective group leader of each department- individually. The same day, the agency contacted me the same day to let me know I got the job. After more than six moths was when I got hire as a permanent employee.

They gave me a brief tour of the facility and asked me questions about whether I was familiar with the machines and/or tools. The tour lasted about 10 minutes. Then the HR rep asked me a few questions about my work history and what schedule would work best for me.
