I sent an email applying for the role, then the lady from HR called asking for my academic transcripts and I was invited for 1st round which was via zoom. During the 1st round I completed a test which had terms involving the role.

Question 1
Both interview rounds were via zoom. 1st round it was with HR and just getting to know you and you do a test. 2nd round with team leaders and they just ask questions related to the role, services offered and the company.
