I had great interactions with HR and the hiring team at Sydney Airport including a screening call, first interview and final interview which included a case study presentation. The two interviews were onsite at the office and gave me the opportunity to get a sense of the company culture and office vibe which were both positive. My only negative which unfortunately overshadowed the rest of the experience was not receiving any feedback over three weeks after my interview. I followed up with HR to no avail, and finally received a response with feedback from the hiring manager after follow-up. I'm not sure that I would have ever received an outcome had I not followed up which is a bit disappointing considering the time and effort invested as part of this process.
