My experience with Sycle was extremely disappointing. After being approached by a third-party recruiter for a Demand Generation & Content Manager position, I invested time in multiple interviews, only to be completely ghosted by the company. Despite several follow-ups, there was no response or feedback whatsoever. Additionally, the $110k salary was shockingly low for a medical technology company. Considering the role is essentially two positions in one, this number failed to reflect the value and skillset professionals bring to the table. Overall, Sycle's unprofessionalism in their communication and uncompetitive compensation left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise against considering Sycle as an employer based on my experience.
