Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview with HR, video interview with the hiring manager and an in-person panel interview with tour of facility. The questions were basic and were tailored to learn about your interests as well as experience. Unfortunately, after going through the entire interview process I never received a follow up email or call about the status of my candidacy. I did send emails to request an update but no response was given.

Interview
I was requested to come personally interview 2 days after my resume submission. My background is very applicable for this job. The interview process was with 7 people, individually, and took 4.5 hours. It all appeared to have gone very well. Then, i was left hanging for almost 2 months with no communication. I was also told they would provide me a check for the mileage driven to the interview (610 miles total) and this did not happen. Not very honest.

The questions were challenging and different from each of the 7 people that interviewed me. Overall I can say it was a hugely disappointing experience. Did not seem straight-forward at all.
