I first received a call by phone setting up my appointment time for an interview as well as directions to the location where it would take place. Upon that time and date I met with them in a conference room at a hotel. It was staffed by two different individuals so that multiple interviews could be held at once but I was interviewed in a one on one interview. She asked me about my background in employment and personal regards, she asked me about myself, to describe myself, how I felt I would handle the various specifics and details of the job, etc... She was very warm and friendly and very easy to speak with which went a long way to relieving the normal interview stress. The entire interview took roughly 15-20 minutes only. The next day or so later I received a call from my recruiter, Samantha Parker, who told me how they had enjoyed meeting me and would be moving me on to a direct interview with the company. At the appropriate time I went to that interview, interviewed well, then got the job.
