Interview
There were 3 part interviews, first one was a phone interview which was straight forward asking questions about previous roles and expreince. The second part was meeting with the head of SEO and SEO Manager 1:1 meeting which they asked some technical questions about my exprience. The final stage was with the company directors which was more focused on my personality and problem solving skills.

Interview
I was interviewed by two people. The head of what would have been the content department, and the HR Rep. The girl was fairly receptive, but HR Rep was virtually impossible to read.
I was promised a prompt reply with feedback, but after not hearing anything for over 2 weeks - I emailed the HR rep only to get his automatic out-of-office email reply stating he would be gone for the next month. Not impressed.
