1 Assignment review round 2 Data structure and Algorithms 3 Design round One of the HR contacted me for the opportunity and was invited after completing the assignment. 1st round was really good where in assignment was reviewed and good feedback and suggestions was discussed. 2nd round was pathetic where in the person who took interview was soo self centrered and never accepted alternative solution. Also they dont know how to treat a interview candidate. This person was discussing about the interview and making fun of me just outside the room. This was very discouraging and embarrassing. 3rd round had high expectations . I did my best but did not get through Overall experience was negative as one of the interviewer was rude and did not know how to behave. Please learn how to treat interview candidates. All are knowledgeable on what they have worked and don't expect candidates to answer what you want specifically. It's about how we approach to solve DS/Algo and not only specific solution. Learn how to make candidate comfortable even if you are not happy with the solution he/she gives.
