Quick and Easy. Was more information on how to accept and continue with the internship rather than an interview seeing if you fit the role. Was very chill and felt like low stakes. However, interview made me realize the internship would be much different from the job description.

Super chill group interview. They are pretty much just vibe checking you and they basically hire anyone. It was like 5 minutes long and half of it was him
just explaining the position and explaining the next steps of accepting the position and I pretty much started the next day.

The interview itself was pretty laid back. The questions were straightforward, and there weren't too many of them. At the end I was asked to email them and let them know my availability and when I would be able to start working. I took this as a sign that they were interested in hiring me-- why else would they have asked this? However, after this exchange I never heard anything back. Not even a brief email conveying that they decided to go with another candidate. It's frustrating that they would lead people on like this and not even have the decency to properly communicate. Very unprofessional, and speaks volumes about the company.
