Took a few days after I submitted my resume,, Phone interview first then in person interview two people. Took 3 competency tests. They did not do any follow up afterwards on anything which was disappointing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sweetwater (Fort Wayne, IN)
Interview
The interview was lengthy. The Initial interview was over the phone and the 2nd was in person with 2 people. Following that were 3 tests that took a of couple hours. There was no follow-up after the interview.
