Apply Online, interview with manager and then with DM. The initial interview was very easy and had standard question. Best thing to do is to read up on the company and its history and include that when talking about why you want to work there. Very Big on Crystal Living!!

We met at the shop and went to the sitting area, where we conducted the interview in a friendly and open way. They do have to write your responses on a clip board so that is a bit intimidating.
Super easy, just sat in the food court and talked about some experiences and scenarios that I would encounter on the job. Heard back within a few days. Very laid back and nice.

Very casual, asked me about my prior experience in retail and customer service. The manager asked me what are the differences between a feature and benefit of a piece of jewellery and to give an example.
