Not profesional, they ask private questions which should not matter for the job. Was uncomfortable to the point I was close to say stop. Not well prepared. I got the job but the interviews are more to check out your personality than your skills. Gave the feeling they do not have enough applicants and the overall interview was more a facade. Maybe, hopefully things changed meanwhile

the interview was held in the Microsoft team because of covid. First-round question is just ask about yourself and your experience. I received a call for second round interview the day after.
