After an initial telephone screening, there were two in person interviews. The first was with the HR Manager and the 2nd was with the Director of Operations. Everyone seemed very professional and friendly. When I was called in for my 2nd interview, I was told I was one of 2 or 3 final candidates. My huge shock was when THEY NEVER CALLED BACK TO FOLLOW UP. Being in HR for 20 years, I certainly understand when companies do not respond to every application they receive, however, I think that not calling back candicates who have taken the time to meet with you in person is extremely rude. Even after I left several voice mail messages and an email, I still never received any follow up.
