It seems like the person interviewing me has no experience in hiring processes. Asked me two pre-written company questions which I replied on. The person not directly but thrown a shade on their current manager which seemed off. Every time I shared something from my experience they seemed jealous of it correcting me straight away that this is what they're doing in their role so it wouldn't be part of my role.

Applied online. Was contacted for an interview by email rather quickly. Interview was just 10mins. A lot of questions started with "Tell me about a time when..." There were around 10 questions including availability confirming that I was looking for full-time as ASM is required to be.
4 days later I received a rejection email from the store manager. I emailed back asking for feedback and she basically told me the main reason I wasn't selected is because I didn't have retail experience. But that I came across as really professional.

Had an interview with the SM first and the DM for the second interview. it was okay. it was around 30 minutes for both the interviews. Wear all black for your interview as it is their dress code.
