Had to answers multiple question that tested personality. It was quite tedious to be honest. Very easy otherwise. People were polite manager very organized and welcoming. It was a two step process, once I passed the multiple choice they called me back for a second interview where I was offered the job.

Store Manager in-person interview after you pass the online assessment. District manager phone interview if the store manager thinks you are a good fit. No interviews are given if you do not pass the online assessment first.
