I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Swagelok (Solon, OH) in Jan 2013
Interview
Started off with a phone interview about basic experience and education. A few situation based questions. The interview was administered by the recruiting manager.
The on site interview was scheduled a week or so later. It started with a general interview with the HR rep. Be prepared for many situation based questions. These questions will be very specific to the job, aka management experience.
Next I interviewed with the managers that I would work under. They asked many situation based questions. They also asked about strengths and weaknesses.
A waterson assessment to determine aptitude and abilities, and two interviews with manager and plant manager. Use of STAR questions to figure out what previous experiences taught and how you handle them. Human Resources was very helpful along the way.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Swagelok
Interview
Way way way too long. Expect to be interviewing for over two months and I’m sure by then you will find another job. The recruiter only scheduled another interview once I would follow up with him, I’ve had friends get ghosted for weeks until they contacted the recruiter. Just a very poor poor interview process

Tell me about a time you failed? Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult employee.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Swagelok (Parma Heights, OH) in Feb 2021
Interview
I have interviewed with them 7 times in the last 18 months. Get a call from a recruiter, interview then I get ghosted. Has happened 7 times. Zero follow up and no phone calls or emails to say they are no longer interested. I reach out to the recruiters and they do not return phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional.
