Interview
They will try to get you as a contract employee first. Normal interviews, testing, etc. 2-3 interviews, online testing for skills and personality. Can't quite seem to get to 50 word min. response.
-HR call via phone
-Supervisors online video call asking technical questions, background and learning about the team and role.
-In person next level supervisor interview and tour. Situational and behavioral questions.
Follow up was well explained and I knew what to expect.
Multiple Managers.....Can be up to 5 separate interviews. Questions will focus on your experience and some managers may ask probing questions that reflect your EI maturity. Be prepared to share experiences outside of work that may provide insight into your leadership and focus.
Transparent and only took a couple rounds. Straightforward and generous. I was hanging a bit, but HR was very communicative and I appreciate the depth and care they showed. More companies should treat prospective employees like Swagelok treated me.
