Phone interview (screening) with recruiter, then the manager and finally a panel interview with the management team. The phone interview was about 5 minutes in length, told me next steps if I was selected to the next round of interviews.

The whole process was about 2.5 hours. It included various questions from management and a panel of staff. Questions were mostly tied to analytics and how you would handle difficult situations. Afterwards, there was an excel and analytical test where you had to explain your conclusions.
