I applied about a week and a half before I got called in for an interview on 1/29/2016. The interview was a one on one type of interview and it didn't really feel like an interview. When I sat down for it, he described the position and what to expect. Gave details on training and how they gradually move us forward. He would occasionally ask if I knew certain sales terms and if I didn't he would just explain it and we would talk about the next topic.
Honestly, he didn't really ask any interview questions. The only question that seemed to be the most important(closes to feeling like an interview question) was if my availability was open. Apparently that is a big deal at the moment since they are fairly new to the valley area. It was no big deal for me but I guess I was expecting more or something.
But, in the end, I must of had a great personality or said the right things because he offered me a job on the spot.
