There were 3 steps of interview and an assessment test. Interview was simple and only asked to introduce myself and they described the job responsibilities. Then the 2nd round they asked what I know about sutherland and so on. And the final telephonic interview they said I was shortlisted

Waited for a long time , very low salary. The HR treated in a good way, helpful employees. if they increase the salary amount may be it will be easy for all the freshers who are interested to a relationship with the company.
The interview process is good and it wasn't not a tough. We can clear the interview if we have good communication skills. The interview process is too long it would takes minimum 1 full day Or 2 days also. So prepare yourself before the interview.

They will ask about self intro and they will give one topic. We want to speak about the topic about 2 minutes.
