Hiring and Interview process are almost the same with other BPO company.
- submit resume to Guard on Duty (who will forward to Recruitment)

First communication then technical or it depends on the process they require may be technical or sales but communication is their main interview process some are voice process and some or non voice some are tech process some are non tech process
HR round followed by technical round and client and managers round which is quiet easy. They will judge on your confidence level. Be prepared for the real time scenarios to answer and situational questions.
