very simple and basic. they just want to check the candidates communication skills. they asked basic questions like my name, educational qualifications, etc. they also asked me to share a story where I had to overcome a challenge.

First conduct an online Meeting,if you interest the job role a Phone in interview will conduct, if you are selected hr round , then an assessment will conducting, if you get good score they will be contacted by mail and then send the offer letter

Interview
The interview process for voice and non voice is very easy. Anyone with good communication skills can crack it. You need to be good verbal analogy too. All the best.
