Interview
I recently interviewed for a Quantitative Research position and found the process quite disappointing. The interview consisted of a large set of multiple-choice and fill-in-the-blank questions, most of which were extremely difficult to solve within the one-hour time limit. Even with a strong mathematical background, I found several of the questions nearly impossible to complete under those conditions. It felt less like a fair evaluation of skills and more like an unrealistic test setup. In the end, I essentially wasted an hour on an automated testing platform, only to receive a rejection.

Question 1
Most of the questions focused on advanced probability and mathematical concepts.

Interview
Had a interview months ago. Full of behavior questions. It took me about 20 min. There was no further contacts. It seems a staff will make a decision on your answer to questions like: how do you know about SIG, why do you apply, etc. All questions are irrelevant to the position.

Interview
I applied online and got a phone screening from hr. The hr sounds sleepy during the whole process and it was just a screening, very basic information. Then I got a rejection the other week and they did not give any feedback on the screening. Feeling so weird.
