Interview
Online assessment, then hr interview, then trader call. HR interview is also mostly about math questions. All questions leans heavily towards probability and statistics. Bayes formula is a favourite. Trader call is more diverse, with regression problems, logic problems, probability problems discussed.

Question 1
There is a question regarding why you want to do trading
After an OA, the first round was an HR call. Then I had a live coding project with a developer. I did really well and the interviewer told me the next round would be a 3-round superday but then they failed me.
Multiple rounds: online logic/math test → phone screen with probability and game questions → technical or trader interview with mental math, EV problems, and strategy discussion → final on-site superday with rapid-fire trading games and culture fit chat.
