I applied online for the Quantitative Researcher at Susquehanna International Group in Philly. The process took around 2 months to finish. It consisted of multiple technical and behavioral rounds that culminated in an in person super day. Everyone I met in the interview process was friendly, approachable, and sharp.

Recruiter reached out after applying. Had to take an Assessment before the recruiter phone call interview, then 2 interviews with hiring manager. Got to know the questions in recruiter phone call interview were mostly brain teaser kind of questions. Assessment had mostly probability questions. They were of Higher difficulty, had Time limit.

Only the 1st round here. Basic apt test, with 17 questions, increasing difficulty. Kinda hard to finish them all in 1 hour. Probably need some warm-up maths before taking the test.
