Interview
The first round interview was rather straightforward. Started off asking about myself, activates I participate in, my interests, etc. Then they asked me more questions tailored to the role such as why ETFs, whether I follow the market, if I invest myself, that kind of thing.

At the end of the interview I was asked a simple weighted portfolio problem. They gave me 4-5 values
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Bala Cynwyd, PA)

Online assessment (~20 minutes, combination of some probability questions and then financial industry overview), behavioral resume phone call (tell me about your work experience and greatest challenges), and then 30 min quantitative call and meet the team
