Interview Process was difficult but fair.. Very heavily quantitatively based with strong ephasis on mental arithmitic and probability theory.. Cosnisted of two phone interviews with maths testing and a 1:1 Interview with more difficult maths testing.. Ensure you are well oiled with mental probability and have an interest in strategy games such as poker.. Knowledge on financial markets was not essential with the imperative being numerical aptitudes.. Great company and good people..

What is the expected value of the roll of two dice..
smooth and enjoyable, the process lasted 8 weeks, online, 2 HR rounds, then in person at the end. Very positive, would recommend applying early in the season when opens up, now may need a masters to get in.
There was one or two phone screens, focusing on probability questions. The superday had a few interviews all focusing on probability questions or basic game theory. During the super day , there was a board game played with other super day candidates

Had a phone interview with their internal recruiter. Conversation was about about my experience and resume. I asked questions about the company. They said I would continue on in the process then reneged on it.
