I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
3 interviews, the first one was a 1:1 interview about logical reasoning and some HR questions. The other two were technical interviews largely, about my experience and projects. They strung me on for about 3 weeks, and eventually didn't make an offer.

Interview
OA (code signal GCA, 4 questions 70 minutes) -> Recruiter call (30 mins) -> 90 min technical screen. Presumably after this point would be onsite/in-office interviews but didn't make it there.
Had to do work in Python in a live interview session. Talked with hiring manager about resume. Overall it was not too bad. The interviewers were nice throughout the entire process.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group (Sydney) in Nov 2025
Interview
Applied through Discovery Day, had an OA and then a behavioural interview. After that did a dsa and sys design interview in pairs at Discovery Day. Then got invited for an online dsa interview. After that was superday consisting of an in person system design interview (OOP) and a manager interview with two managers.
