The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Susquehanna International Group in Feb 2012
Interview
Mostly quantitative statistics and probability questions with some game theory thrown in. Both phone interviews were fairly straight forward but the questions asked in person for the final round were much tougher. Really relaxed environment. Take time to think through and talk through the questions. Phone interviewers were friendly but extremely focused on the quantitative questions. In person interview was more intimidating, with a good portion without pencil and paper.

Question 1
They asked about betting in different probability scenarios and how your bet would change if you were playing with your own money versus company money or if you could only play once versus multiple times.
