      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Suryoday

      Interview

I went through a comprehensive interview process consisting of three rounds. The first round was with the Head of Talent Acquisition (conducted virtually), followed by an interview with the Head of HR (also virtual), and finally, a face-to-face meeting with the Chief Business Officer (CBO). Throughout the process, the interviewers were friendly and engaging, and the recruiter did an excellent job of keeping me informed at each stage. After the third round, I was informed that I had been selected for the position and that an offer would be extended soon. However, after a month had passed, I was unexpectedly informed that there would be an additional round of interviews, this time in person. Despite participating in the additional interview, unfortunately, I did not receive an offer. The feedback provided was not constructive and left much to be desired. As a recommendation, I would suggest that when an interviewee has been informed that an offer will be released soon, it's crucial to expedite the process and release the offer promptly. In my case, I had stopped looking for other job opportunities based on their verbal confirmation, which ultimately resulted in a challenging situation when the offer did not materialize as expected. Additionally, I had already gone through salary negotiation, and the company had collected all my documents, including payslips and government IDs, which further added to the disappointment and confusion surrounding the outcome.
