Had a phone screening the with Director of Business Development and my experience could be summed up as shallow. I was only asked to explain my education/experience and reasoning for wanting to leave my current company, before getting the opportunity to ask a few questions. Though interviewer provided good feedback it seemed as if her mind was elsewhere and was just interviewing me to check it off her list and move on.
