Interview
Several steps in the interview process. Initial touch base with recruiter, interview with the hiring manager, interview with team members, and final interview with the VP of the department. I use the word "interview" lightly. Each step of the way everyone involved with Surescripts made it feel like a conversation and not an interrogation which was greatly appreciated.

Question 1
I would say questions revolved around previous background and experience with the ability to articulate how it would and could translate into the new role.
Recruiter call, 2 interviews, then 3 interviews each ranging from 30 minutes to an hour. The turn around was quick and the recruiter keeps constant communication during down time between interviews. Scheduling was also easy.
