First, QA exercises needed to be completed and returned to recruiter (consisting of 1 automated API test, 1 front-end test, 1 middle-tier test, and 1 back-end test). They were looking for (1) approach, (2) insightful questions asked. Second, phone screen with recruiter. Third, phone screen with hiring manager. Fourth, in-person interview which was pleasant, normal, round-robin style interview (3hr) with all agile team members. Met with QA team, 2 product owners, and 1 developer. Overall process was quick (1wk), but that might have also been because I was local.
