Quick, great interviewers. I had a total of 4 interviews, 1st round with recruiter, second round take home coding interview, hiring manager interview and then a team interview. Quick responses and overall quick timeline.
The process was very long for a junior position, involving multiple interviews and a take-home assignment that took about 4 hours to complete. The full process took about a month and I was rejected by email.
The take home assignment is a waste of time. If you’re going to ask candidates to spend their free time doing a take home assignment, at least have some respect for their time and provide some feedback. Or just stick to live coding interviews
