You get an impression that nobody actually read your resume. You have to explain what you did twice for screeners and the technical interview. You do take the test in between, but the test is irrelevant to the process, because they will let you know that you are under qualified after the technical interview that takes place after the test.

The interview process was fairly straightforward and fully remote. I first completed an online application, followed by a quick language test to assess my English level. After that, I recorded videos rather than doing an interview. Overall, it was efficient and straight-forward.
