There are several rounds of interviews. A phone interview, one with HR, then Team lead/ Team members, and the director. There is also an assessment portion that you have to pass.

After applying on indeed I waited 4 days before I heard back from HR requesting a phone screen, then I was asked to have a zoom interview, a few days after that I was told they would be going in another direction.

Initial phone interview, then two zoom interview. First one with the an HR member, and second one with the accounting team. They didn't ask any accounting related questions but wanted to get to know me and my interests.
