The first round was a 15-minute phone screen with an HR associate. We briefly discussed my background, interest in the Program Analyst role, and ability to relocate. The conversation was professional and straightforward, mostly focused on general fit and logistics. I received a decision within a few business days. No behavioral or technical questions were asked at this stage.
