I had a first round interview scheduled with a HR/TA staff member at Superbolt, who very late the night before rescheduled our chat for several hours later than planned, without saying anything to me and just sending me an automated Zoom email with a new meeting link. No explanation, no asking if the new time works for me (it didn't I had a doctors appt), no asking if any other times worked, nothing. When I woke up the next day seeing my interview had been pushed to later in the day I had to scramble to open up my late afternoon to accommodate Superbolt because this was a role I was excited about and really wanted to make a good impression. Low and behold a few hours later I get another email from Zoom saying Superbolt had cancelled my interview altogether, with again no explanation or opportunity to reschedule. I finally emailed their HR/TA person expressing confusion and reiterated interest in the role and meeting with her for an interview, to which she later sent me their automated rejection email, thanking me for my time and how even though they enjoyed "meeting" me they are moving forward with other candidates... Literally lost my day moving things around to accommodate them, even cancelling an important doctors appointment, for them to not even extend the courtesy of basic communication and professionalism. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how actual employees are treated. One of the most unprofessional interview experiences I've had to date.
