Superba Food + Bread interview questions

easy. just know how to be a good quick efficient server. and know your basic food knowledge. of course the wine and cocktail drinks as well. its a fun job

Interview process spanned 5 months. Consisted of phone, zoom and stage. Company was through a recruiter ay Gecko Hospitality. Recruiter with Superba and Gecko kept changing their minds with job description and location. GMs have to be present for stage shifts but then aren't available. Recruiters volunteer you for locations you can't commute too. Didn't finish interview process due to location change of job and lack of company knowing what they were actually hiring for. Superba recruiter tried to blame Gecko Hospitality recruiter.
