      Operations Specialist Interview

      5 May 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Tel Aviv-Yafo
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SuperCom (Israel) (Tel Aviv-Yafo) in Mar 2024

      Interview

Phone call with the recruiter > on site interview with the manager > home assignment > review the home assignment. This is how the interview process was displayed to me, however they never reviewed or checked my home assignment. I received the home assignment a day before I was scheduled to fly abroad (which I informed them from the first call we had). I told the recruiter that I won't be able to work on the assignment until I'll get back and she tried pressuring me into doing it either way. I insisted I can't since I'm flying abroad and she said "OK, you can do the assignment when you come back, but I can't guarantee we'll wait. When I got back, I did the assignment, even finished it before the required time. 2 days before our scheduled review they canceled the review and said they hired someone else. They haven't even checked my assignment.
