I did an AI interview with the following job posting: Bash/PowerShell Engineer - AI Training (Part Time, Freelance, Remote, 20+ openings). The job posting is managed through a second website called SME careers by SuperAnnotateAI. The interview process consists of an AI bot that asks you questions. The interview process finishes after 15 minutes speaking. Then, on the SME careers by SuperAnnotate dashboard you are prompted to do the interview again. Then you realize the job posting has been there for a long time and all we are doing is train an AI with our answers and there is no actual job.
