I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Super Supplements (Federal Way, WA) in Sept 2012
Interview
Very, very long, and extremely detailed. The interview lasted about an hour, one of the longest interviews I have ever had, but it was extremely informative and I really got a chance to get to know management and for them to get a fair chance to know me.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Super Supplements in Feb 2017
Interview
Filled online app; maybe two days later got a CB. (I'd applied about a year priorvand got zip response.) Some basic intro questions with a gal who said she was new at this. One thing was there was a frustrating phone provider interruption and disconnect, no reception at moments, over two days. She did not apologize. The day after her CB to me the interview was nailed down. At the conclusion, about ten minutes, she asked an in person, with her and the SM. Next day a tandem interview with them both. It was non threatening but very thorough. An hour's time. They might get you thinking or wished you had prepared answers prior. They did not shake my hand or open door at conclusion. I did not feel wholly at ease with SM but I am very attune to energies.

Interview
Filed out online application with work history, interests, etc. Received a phone call and was directed to an online survey which mostly asked moral questions about personality and choices you would make in specific situations. Was called in for interview about a week later and was interviewed by store manager and assistant manager. They asked a LOT of questions (though not particularly difficult ones) a lot about community service and my standards and opinions about what I consider important...All the typical interview questions like "What do you see as your weaknesses/strengths as an employee? / What was a situation where a customer wasn't satisfied and how did you handle it? / What was a time you didn't get along with a fellow associate/or customer and how did you deal with it? / How would you describe your work ethic? / etc." As well as general questions about how much knowledge you have about vitamins / herbs/sports- fitness supplements / homeopathy / natural remedies / etc. "Rate yourself on a scale of 1-5 on how much knowledge you believe you have."

Question 1
All the questions were what you would expect them to ask and if you know anything about customer service you will know exactly what you are expected to say.
