Basically no real "interview" process at all. I was asked what kind of hours I could work, what previous experience I might have in grocery retail so the manager could see if she could ask for a higher wage for me and then we discussed when I could come in for training and begin. To be fair, I do have years of cash handling experience and it likely was not a concern at all to them.
